At Stratton we will ensure that the advice we give is, above all, practical. We can guide you through the various steps in any HR issue you are managing, and will support you all the way. We will tailor our service to what you need and will not impose anything on you that you don’t.

We do not operate a call centre, and we aim to get to know you personally and the way in which you run your business, so that we can better understand your HR needs and offer individual and targeted support. We can visit you at your premises, and you can call us whenever you need to, and know the person you are speaking to.

A cost-effective service . . .

Retained clients.......

As a retained client, you can relax knowing that whatever people-issues crop up in your organisation, you can call us to talk them through. An up-front fee at the beginning of the year gives you access to our Consultants at any time. Included in the fee, we will review (or produce) your Statements of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment (“contracts”), and a Staff Handbook. We will also provide advice and guidance on the huge amount of employment legislation you are expected to deal with every year. It’s like having a HR Director on your staff, but at a fraction of the cost.

We can also support you on a project / assignment basis.
